45-year-old man stabbed to death after throwing chilly powder in his eyes
A 45-year old man was stabbed to death after throwing red chili powder in his eyes. The incident took place on Tuesday morning near Bhavani Nagar Mandoli road.
The deceased has been identified as Raju Doddabommannavar native of Bastwad.
Miscreants allegedly sprayed chili powder on him and then attacked him with sharp instruments while he was on his way to the hospital where his wife was admitted, Police said.
Belgaum Rural Police conducted a panchnama and is investigating the cause of the murder.
