The award, which recognizes outstanding contributions to India’s telecom and semiconductor sector, was presented by the Hon’ble Minister of Communications, Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia. Naik’s recognition stems from over 25 years of pioneering work in telecom innovation, indigenous semiconductor technology, and his consistent advocacy for the “Make in India” initiative—well before it became a nationwide mission.
Parag Naik, a proud son of Belagavi, Karnataka, has been a trailblazer in India’s deep-tech ecosystem.
