Special Festive Express Train Between Belagavi and Manuguru to Clear Extra Passenger Rush

In response to increased demand during the upcoming festive season, the Railway Board has approved the operation of a special train service, T.No.07335/07336 - BGM-MUGR-BGM Express Special, to run on a temporary basis (TOD) from October 2024 to March 2025. This service aims to clear the extra rush of passengers during festivals like Dasara, Deepawali, Chatth, Christmas, and Pongal.


Key Details:

Route: Belagavi (BGM) to Manuguru (MUGR) and back


Frequency:

Ex BGM: Sundays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Tuesdays

Ex MUGR: Mondays, Thursdays, Sundays, and Wednesdays


Running Period:

BGM to MUGR: From 16th October 2024 to 30th March 2025 (95 trips)

MUGR to BGM: From 17th October 2024 to 31st March 2025 (95 trips)


Train Composition:

The special train will consist of 18 coaches, including General Second Class Coaches (GSCN), AC Chair Car (ACCW), and AC Sleeper Coaches (ACCN).


Important Timings (Selected Stations):

  • Belagavi Departure: 12:30 PM
  • Hubballi Arrival: 3:30 PM
  • Guntakal Arrival: 9:40 PM
  • Secunderabad Arrival: 10:20 PM
  • Manuguru Arrival: 12:50 PM (next day)
  • The return service from Manuguru will follow similar timings with arrival at Belagavi the next day.
