Teacher booked under POSCO for sharing the private photos of his student in Belgaum
The Karnataka Authorities Department has filed a complaint under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) against a physical education teacher for sharing his student's private images with the purpose of breaking her marriage, according to police.
According to Police , he had sexually exploited her after pledging to marry her. The alleged teacher had also photographed their private moments.
Meanwhile, the family of the girl fixed the marriage of the girl with another person. To prevent her marriage, the accused who had posted the girl's private photographs on WhatsApp status allegedly made them viral.
When the villagers found out, they attacked the accused in the classroom. They also took him to the police station and filed a complaint against him.
